Ciao! We are Sarah and Giles. We met in Rome. We worked and lived in Rome, some architecture, a bunch of hospitality, and a whole lot of cooking and history. We definitely had too much fun in Rome. We got married in Rome. Etc. You get the idea. We have a thing for Rome, the city, its light, the culture, the cuisine, and of course, the Romans. We are firm believers that if you really want to know a city, you discover it through its people.
